All locksmith work, services, and quotes, provided by Leicestershire Locksmiths /  Multipoint Lock Shop Limited including third party contract services are subject to these terms and conditions. Cancellation Charges

When Leicestershire Locksmiths / Multipoint Lock Shop Limited schedules a job in for the customer, the job is assigned to a locksmith within our company in the matter of minutes, therefore if the job is cancelled or cancelled upon arriving to the customers location, the customer will incur a cancellation fee which are outlined in the terms and conditions of Leicestershire Locksmiths / Multipoint Lock Shop Limited.

If the customer is to re-schedule the agreed job rather than cancel, for a later date no longer than 14 working days ahead, and giving at-least 24 hours notice, the customer will not incur any additional fee. Scheduled jobs may only be re-scheduled one time.
Our Cancellation Charges Are
Cancellation before our locksmith arrives at customers location:

If customer cancels job before our locksmith sets off to customers location the cancellation fees are as following.

40% of the agreed amount quoted.
Cancellation after our locksmith arrives at customers location:

If customer cancels job after our locksmith sets off to customers location the cancellation fees are as following.

Between the times of 9:00am – 5:59pm

50% of the agreed amount quoted.

Between the times of 6:00pm – 08:00am

60% of the agreed amount quoted.

Cancellation charges will be invoiced to the customers location, and must be paid within 14 working days, unless otherwise stated.
Work Guarantee

The work carried out including supply of parts by Leicestershire Locksmiths / Multipoint Lock Shop Limited comes with a 12 month guarantee, if the customer has any concerns please contact Leicestershire Locksmiths / Multipoint Lock Shop Limited directly through the contact page so that we can resolve all matters.
Payment Methods

Leicestershire Locksmiths accepts Cash, Debit and Credit Cards, there are no extra costs to the customer for paying by card unless otherwise stated in your quotation.

Often work carried out by Leicestershire Locksmiths / Multipoint Lock Shop Limited for commercial businesses and the trade, will be invoiced to customers known e-mail and must be paid within the date stated on the invoice.
